Problem Note 52271: Interactive report panel indicates no data when there is adequate underlying data
Report panels in SAS® Risk Management for Banking interactive reports might display a warning icon with a tooltip that reads:
The data contains no rows and cannot be displayed.
Change the filters to increase the number of rows.
You might need to contact the author of the report to request a change to the data filter.
See, for example, the Time Grid panel in the image below.
This problem can occur intermittently, even when there is adequate underlying data. When this happens, closing and reopening the report often resolves the issue. Note that this workaround has no effect if the underlying data is indeed missing.
